First, determine the source of the slow leak by immersing your product in a basin of water. The air bubbles rising to the surface will help you identify the source of the leak.

You can clean the pressure relief valve on your product yourself by following the instructions in this video:
If the cleaning of the pressure relief valve worked, please do not validate your service request. If the pressure relief valve cleaning did not work, please explain the cause of your problem before validating your request.
If the leak is coming from somewhere other than the pressure relief valve, please explain the problem and attach at least one photo showing your inflatable leaking into the water.
If your inflatable part becomes deflated, we invite you to order a new one directly from our spare parts store by clicking here..
If a weld on your inflatable has failed, leading to a puncture, please explain the problem and attach at least one photo showing the exact location of the puncture.
