Factory exit :

After manufacture in our factory in Normandy, all our inflatable parts (ASA Technology) go through a battery of tests in our workshops for a week including checks for tearing, resistance to projectiles, pressure checks and impermeability, so to identify defective products, and to ensure that you receive a reliable, durable product that is effective in the field !

Our certainties :

RXR offers you these 15 years of experience in the field of extreme sports Motocross, Downhill mountain biking. Thanks to all these years, our protection products have been able to evolve and improve to reach an exclusive level of efficiency and resistance. The average lifespan of a product is 5 to 6 years with proper maintenance (see sheet). Today, thanks to high-performance and resistant products, more than 200 professional riders trust us and use our products throughout the year (AMA Supercross, Red Bull Rampage).

Damaged Product :

The only factor that comes into play for the inflatable parts to be damaged is the fall during sports practice. Indeed, it is possible that during the impact, the inflatable part is damaged and that the black inflation tip is torn off! If this is the case, it will be necessary to inspect the product to know which parts to replace. This is why we have set up a "spare parts" section on our website, allowing you to change all the parts of your chest protector !

Thanks to all our checks and our experience, we can assure you that it is impossible for the valve to damage itself during the use of the product!

However, zero defects do not exist, it is not impossible that your product is defective during the first months of use. In this specific case, our after-sales service will take care of your problem.

After-sales service represents around 0.2% of our returns, which is a very low percentage.
