The principle is simple: respond to the equation of deformation of a material to absorb a shock and, consequently, provide effective protection.

To achieve this, our cushions are designed with different compartments, allowing air flows to circulate.
In the event of a violent impact, these flows are counteracted and slowed down, allowing our cushion to harden and absorb the impact energy.

Our ultra-resistant XV2 TPU polyurethane cushions give our technology unprecedented impact resistance, and are reusable.

Here are the differences between our 2.0 and 3.0 solutions:

Solution 3.0: The always-inflated solution:

This solution is delivered inflated, the air is pressurized and encapsulated before your product leaves our workshops.

The service life of inflatable inserts depends on how you use the product.

We recommend replacing the airbags every 16 to 24 months, especially if the product is used frequently.

To determine the right time for replacement, we suggest you monitor the cushion pressure.
If you notice a significant difference in pressure compared to when the product was new, we recommend replacement.

Solution 2.0: The solution delivered with a pump :

This solution is delivered with a pump, the inflatable part is equipped with an inflation nozzle and a pressure relief valve.
You inflate, and when the air comes out of the valve, your product is fully inflated.

We recommend replacing the airbags every 24 months.
In the event of a fall, check that your cushion is inflated and watertight.
The inflator tip may have come loose or come unstuck.

We recommend that you check the pressure using the pump supplied for this purpose.

With use, you may notice slow leaks or impurities due to re-inflation that may become lodged in the valve.

WARRANTY 2.0 and 3.0, 24 months :

If your cushion is empty of air due to faulty welding, please contact us within 24 months of purchase to benefit from the warranty.

The date of purchase is used to determine the warranty period.
We therefore recommend that you retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

IMPORTANT:

We would like to inform you of the importance of periodically replacing the inflatable inserts of your RXR Protect product to ensure its optimum safety level.

In the event of a fall, check that your cushion is inflated and watertight.
The inflator tip may have become detached or dislodged, or the inflatable part may be punctured.
